Events - Event View

I (Community Partner) accept full responsibility for the quality of any and all goods and/or services. I understand EAAM will decide placement of all Community Partners and provide one table & one chair per organization. I agree to inform the EAAM contact if I need additional chairs or accommodations. I understand I am to provide my own display materials, and if I am setting up in the Kids Zone, I know I need to provide an activity or giveaway item for the children. I also agree to be fully set up ½ hour before the event; and to break down no later than ½ hour after the event has concluded.
